My husband and I are moving out of our large double room with ensuite, within a stunning, modern apartment right on Clapham High street on the 24th of July. Our apartment is two bedroom/ 2 bathroom with a large private terrace, as well as two communal roof top terraces' that overlook beautiful London. We share with another couple who are friendly professionals.
The room that is available is a large master bedroom with ensuite. There is a shared kitchen and living area, as well as the terrace mentioned. The apartment is fully furnished with modern furniture, including kitchen cutlery, plates, saucepans etc.
We are literally on the high street with a bus stop right out the front. A 5 minute walk from both Clapham Common and Clapham North tube stations, as well as Clapham high Street overground.
Being on the high street there is easy access to resturants, bars, supermarkets, hair salons/ barbers and more!
