Cody double room in Clapham/Battersea

We’re looking for a new addition to the flat as one of our flatmates is leaving! The room becomes available 1st of July.

The location is great, 10-15 min walk from Clapham Common, Clapham Junction, Wandsworth Road and Queenstown Road Station, and plenty of buses 24/7.

There are also Tesco & Sainsbury's supermarkets 2 min.

The room is double for single use, it is bright with a desk, wardrobe, comfy double bed, etc. (as seen in the pictures).

The flat has a shower+wc bathroom, a toilet and another separate shower.

We have an open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room. Also we have a dog called Boris :)

About the flatmates
We are a mix of working professional who occasionally hang out together and we respect each other’s space. We see our home as the place to wind down and chill and not as a party house.

About you
We are looking for someone friendly to join our flat on a similar age and that is respectful to the house.
We expect everyone to clean after themselves and keep the common areas tidy.

Rent is £525 per month and bills come to around £90-£100 per month, which includes a cleaner once every two weeks.
