We are looking for a new housemate as our previous housemate has moved for work purposes. Would suit a professional male. We both work in London but travel quite a bit with our jobs. Looking for someone who is considerate and friendly.

There is a cleaner who comes once a week and cleans the apartment which is included in the rent. Bills are also included.

The room is in a fantastic split level, purpose built apartment on the edge of Clapham Old Town, located between Clapham North tube and Wandsworth Road train station. It is also a short bus journey to Vauxhall. It is situated on the 2nd floor of a beautiful Grade II listed building. There are three double bedrooms, separate reception room, modern kitchen, newly fitted bathroom and communal gardens.
