Spacious Double in Sociable Clapham House

Unfortunately one of our housemates is moving out as he is going back to uni but that means we have a space one more person to join our lovely house in Clapham North! We're Lauren (23), Alice (24) and Sam (24) and we all moved in to the house in July after finding each other on spare room! We all enjoy a good night out, a variety of sports/dance, food etc and just generally chilling out in the living room after work so if you're a room hermit or we're never going to see you then this is probably not the house for you!

We are preferably looking for a professional like us of a similar age and a guy to keep the balance in the house! We will be having a fun house party to welcome you to the house as well so it's a requirement to be up for that too haha.

The house has 4 large double bedrooms, spacious dining room, lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a decent sized garden patio. We like keep the house tidy and clean too!

It's perfectly located for use of Clapham Common, the high street with all the shops, bars etc. and for commuting to central it is between 5-15 mins walk to a number of stations - Wandworth (overground), Clapham North/Common and Stockwell.

The rent is £731.25 each per month excluding bills but these never come to too much. There is an admin fee of £200 which covers the agents referencing process and contract amendments. The landlord is great too so that's super helpful.
