We are friendly, easy-going, sociable ladies in our thirties, and we would like a like-minded young professional to join us. We like to socialise together but equally we have our own lives and like to do our own thing.

The flat has 3 bedrooms and is very spacious. There is a large living room, dining room, kitchen, lounge, bathroom and separate WC. We have a large communal garden with BBQ and secured bike shed. We are in the heart of Abbeville Village in the only mansion block on the street; It's a 10 minute walk from Clapham South and Clapham Common tube stations. We are a 5 minute walk from the Common but everything you need is pretty much on your doorstep (within the village) such as a Sainsbury's Local, Co-op, shops, bars and restaurants.

The room is £785 plus bills which are approximately £110 a month including: wireless broadband, home telephone, cable TV, Council Tax, Gas & Electric, Water, TV licence. We also have a cleaner twice a month and flat kitty. There are no contract/admin fees, everything is dealt with directly though the landlord, who is very approachable and helpful. The room is available from 31st October but move-in date is negotiable.
