Large Double in lovely Clapham Old Town house

I am looking for someone to replace me in this beautiful house..

The room is a spacious double on the top floor of the house and comes with the bed, the wardrobe and one of the chests of drawers.

The house is in a really quiet and safe location in the middle of Clapham Old Town. Gails is right around the corner and the Virgin Gym is at the end of our road. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common station, and has an open plan kitchen and living room, separate utility area, separate large dining room and a great garden for the summer. There’s also a big basement for storage.
There are 2 toilets/bathrooms and 5 bedrooms in total.

You would be living with four other female young professionals aged 26 – 29. We are looking for a fifth housemate of a similar age!

In general, we are all pretty busy during the week, but enjoy fitness, cooking together when we can, and having a drink or two at the weekend. You'll often find Bake Off, Below Deck or MAFs on the TV in the living room. The house is also perfect for throwing dinner parties or BBQs because of the dining room and garden area.

The rent doesn’t include bills, but they are on average around £150-200 (including council tax.). The deposit is £1,120.

Our contract technically ends in November but the landlord has said he would like to continue renting the house and plans to extend the contract with present tenants.
