Located 5 mins walk from Clapham Common station underground, close to the common, with pubs No 32 & The Sun nearby, loads of great cafes, and a sainsburys supermarket on your doorstep. Clapham High St overground is 8-10 min walk also.

The room comes fully furnished, and as this is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment, you will have your own bathroom too.

Rent is £1125 for a single, or £1225 for a couple. The lease renews end of June, so note there's a potential to be a price increase. Bills not included in this price.

Current household is a New Zealand couple, both 29. Pete is a project Manager at a Construction company, and plays AFL. Sophie works in social media for a fashion retailer. We both love to travel, enjoy working out, and are usually out and about during the weekend, and gym most nights during the week.

We're looking for a single or couple that are tidy, social and similar interests.

The room will most likely be available start of June, depending on when the current flatmates are able to move out.
