Looking for a friendly and considerate flatmate to share this comfortable Victorian conversion two bedroom ground floor flat on residential street, fully furnished with massive living room containing huge TV, kitchen, patio garden and bathroom.

Close to an abundance of cafes, restaurants, shops and leisure facilities, the Common is at the end of the road, and a further 5 minutes to Clapham Common tube. At the other end of the road you are 5 minutes on a bus from Clapham Junction. Tesco and Sainsburys both less than 5 mins walk away, along with buses into the city, and Battersea Park is about 15 mins walk.

The room is a large double, furnished with huge wardrobe and chest of drawers, and double bed with comfortable mattress.

You will be living with a 30 year old female who works in publishing. I'm friendly and sociable so it would be nice to have someone who is looking to share a home. I am busy with work during the week so I like to relax in the evenings after the gym, cook dinner and watch some good/bad TV to unwind! I'm clean and tidy and like to keep the flat this way. It would be nice to live with someone who is social and up for dinner or a drink out every now and then or exploring London at weekends but equally independent and respectful of each others space.

All bills are included; broadband Wi-Fi, Virgin full package TV, council tax, electricity, gas, water etc.
