Lovely furnished kingsize room on top floor, 1 minute from Clapham Common Tube, overlooking the common. Sadly I'm moving out to move closer to work.

All bills are included!! Also the contract is rolling monthly, so minimum stay is only 4 weeks! No 6 monthly tie ins :-)
There is a shared kitchen with all mod cons including 2 washing machines, gas cooker, microwave etc. There are also 3 bathrooms so no waiting long to get ready!
The house is non smoking. There is however a little garden at the back!
Cost of cleaner is usually split between the housemates.
The room's available to move in from the 17th March.
