Double bedroom - sociable house share

Hi All,

We are looking for fun girl to move into our house in Clapham South.

The house is a large 3 story victorian semi detached property situated next to Clapham Common, between the two tube stations.

There is currently five of us, four boys, one girl, that live in the house and have done for three years. We would like to find another girl to live with us to replace our old house-mate.

The house is a sociable place and often busy with friends/girlfriends on a daily basis. This can at times be noisy but also makes for a fun atmosphere to live in. For us, it is important that you share these traits and are happy to get involved with us. We often go out as a house and would want perspective housemates to join us.

The room is a double room with a juliet balcony.

We like to have a relaxed atmosphere to live in and it is important that any new housemates fit in with this.
