Hello!😃 I am looking for a sociable flat mate to take over my let until Oct 2025 (18months).
I am moving out with my girlfriend and so you’ll be joining my flatmates Jack (25) and Jimmy (24). We all have our own lives outside of the flat but enjoy chilling together in the evening, trips to the pub and watching the football (Forest and Liverpool fans)🍻
Both flatmates are working professionals in clinical trials and the Met, with Jack occasionally working from home.
The location of the flat is on a lovely residential road directly off the high street with Clapham Common and transport links being only a short walk away. All amenities including Lidl and Sainsbury’s, along with all other bars/restaurants/cafes etc are on your door step. 🏡
