Huge Double En-suite in Clapham Junction

Hey!

Sadly one of us is leaving to head back home to Canada 😞 so we’re looking for someone to take on her room!

The room is a huge double on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom. It is fully furnished including triple wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, desk and a king bed.

The flat is large & homely 3 bed 15 minutes walk from Clapham Common station & 15 mins from Clapham Junction. We have a garden equipped with a BBQ ready for the summer, and a large open plan kitchen, dining room & living room with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Now TV & Disney +.

You’ll be sharing with 2 girls, both late twenties who are super social and are happy to have a few bevvys with you or if you’d prefer leave you to get on with your own stuff!

We’re flexible in terms of move in dates, and our contract runs until January 2025 when we’d be looking to extend.

Bills are approx £150 extra per month.
