Hey, we’re Chelsea, Jonny, Charlie and Hannah and we’re looking for a new housemate to move in as sadly our current housemate Jake is moving out to live with his girlfriend.

🛏️ The room is a furnished double for £980 pcm (bed included, other furniture to be discussed with Jake) available on 28th April for either a guy or girl. Sorry, no couples!

🏡 We have a lovely 5 bed house super close to Clapham Common, Battersea Rise, Clapham Junction and Northcote Road. (Our local pub does great live music and sport…)

A bit about us:
Hannah and Chelsea met through Spare room in their previous house and moved into this house together 2 summers ago. Jonny and Charlie moved into the tenancy last summer (with Jake too) and it’s been a really good house vibe with lots of movie nights and drinks out. We had a cracking house Christmas and even did a camping and hiking trip to Scafell Pike last summer! ⛰️

It’s a great house with plenty of space to share with friends but also take pride in and look after like it’s a home. We’re looking for a clean and respectful roomie who will put in a shift keeping the place looking good but who mainly want to get involved! When we’re not busy doing our own things we love hanging out and want housemates happy to integrate and organise things as a house, go for last minute post-work pub trips or nights out, cook the odd house meal or get stuck into a new series together.

The tenancy will be renewed for a year in July. There is the option to change names on the contract for £50 per name but we are ideally looking for someone who wants this to be more of a long term home. Bills are £111 each a month, including wifi and a monthly cleaner.

We’ll be hosting viewings this Sunday (21st April) and looking to make a decision ASAP.
