Hiya! I have a spare double bedroom, bathroom and living room on the second floor of my home.
I live there with my daughter (she's 8 and goes to school locally) being present only half of the time as she's otherwise at her dad's.
I am working in the City and rarely home myself.
This would ideally suit a MATURE PROFESSIONAL who needs a pied a terre in London but won't be there most of the time.
Someone COMMUTING into London for a few per week days but living somewhere else for instance would be ideal.
