We are moving out of our two bed flat in Clapham Junction and need to find replacement tenants. The price is £918 per room or £1837 in total if you want to not split 50:50. Ideally would like to find someone to move into the whole flat!
Property will be managed by our landlord (who is amazing - have had a new fridge and washing machine input, as well as paying for new bed and answering messages pretty much immediately).
You will be taking over the tenancy agreement and will require referencing as it is an official change of tenancy. Contract has 3 and a bit years left (5 years from June 2022) with an agreed rental increase limited to 3% max YOY.
