You will be living with 3 other working professionals. Anna (Brit) works in project management, Anu (Aussie) works in finance, Caz (Brit) works in sales. All super cool and relaxed. We love to hang out after work whether that’s going to the pub or going to a film. We also love a good binge of Made in Chelsea. We are all very friendly but also have our own lives.

The room: furnished with wardrobe, bed and dressing table.

Rent: £910 bills excl. approx £50-£80 depending on season.
Deposit: £1067.25 to be paid to me and your name would be transferred onto the tenancy.

The flat: has an open plan kitchen and lounge, separate toilet to bathroom. First floor walk up in block of flats. Very secure and safe. Right on the high street so an easy walk to shops and pubs.

Transport links: 2 mins walk from Clapham North and 10 mins walk from Stockwell. 5 from Clapham overground.

Will need to pass checks by the rental agency.
