En-suite bedroom available in a 2 bed apartment

Main bedroom with exit to terrace

I’m looking for a couple to take over the main bedroom in the apartment I’m living in from around mid-May. It would be a name change on a contract we already have until 8th October, with possibility to renew for longer in Oct.

The apartment is modern, outside space and is in a good location right next to the tube station - hard to find all 3 things in London! I like to go out and meet friends for dinner/drinks, explore London as well as a chilled evening watching Netflix! Would like someone who is also up for socialising sometimes whether it be in the house or heading out!

Unfurnished double room with en-suite (may be possible to buy previous tenants furniture). Wardrobes and mirror are part of the room. Space in room for a desk if WFH. The main bathroom has a bath. Shared living and kitchen space. Outside terrace. No noise from the Main Street as we’re in the back building of the apartments. Small, pretty courtyard on the back of the terrace (gate leads on to this). Some of the furnishings in main areas are slightly different to pictures. Bills aren’t included in rent price. Band E - Wandsworth Council Tax. Lease until October 2024.

Next to Clapham South station (4 mins from door to platform) which is on the northern line and only 3 stops to change for Victoria line. Supermarkets near by, Clapham Common park right next to us as well as lots of fun pubs, bars and restaurants! 25 min walk to Clapham junction or else bus. 10 min walk to Balham!
