We have a lovely, bright and spacious double room available in a friendly and homely three bed ground floor flat with a garden on a quiet road in Clapham South.

It’s in a great location that’s a 5 minute walk from Clapham South tube (and a two minute walk to Sainsbury’s, which is always handy...)

Our housemate is moving in with her boyfriend so we’re looking for a friendly and likeminded girl to fill her room.

You’d be sharing with Rosie and Charlotte, both 33, working in Project Management and Luxury Travel. Into fitness, brunch and all the usual things... We like a night at the pub as much as a cosy night in with some trash tv (and high calibre documentaries of course). We’re a tidy household and would be looking for a housemate who is tidy too.

The flat:

The flat is a well maintained three bed ground floor flat (on the ground floor of a large townhouse) with neutral decor throughout and a private landlord.

There are 3 large double bedrooms, one bathroom and garden but also a stones throw away from Clapham Common- which is great in the summer.

The flat is modern throughout, with a spacious kitchen/dining area and separate living room.

The Room:

The room is a large neutrally decorated, brightly furnished double with lots of storage. The room comes with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and double bed.

Location:

It’s a brilliant location with lots of bars, restaurants and is only a 5 min walk to Clapham South underground on the Northern Line and ten minute walk to Balham on the Overground. It’s also only a 15 minute walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants on Northcote Road.
On street permit parking available (lots of spaces).

RENT: £1,066, paid in on the 5th of the month.

Deposit: £1,220

Bills: Approx. £140 per month

Move in date: 5th July
