Clapham South Room Available from May 13th until late July with possibility of long term extension.

Double room. Furnished with bed (new mattress since October), wardrobe, bedside table and mounted wall shelf (Tele is mine but would be happy to sell). 3 bed flat + seperate living room.

Great proximity to public transport ( 5 mins to Clapham South Tube Station - Northern Line) and around 10 minutes to Balham Train and Tube Station) with multiple bus stops nearby.

Shops (Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, Sainsburys), pubs (Avalon, Perky Nel, Devonshire) and parks (Clapham Common) all within 10 minutes walk.

Two great Aussie/Kiwi flatmates who both work full time (one works hybrid).

Would ask that the new flatmate is tidy, social, and doesn’t need a work from home space (as room doesn’t include desk space).
Preference of age 25+.
