Two-bed flat in the perfect Clapham South location
I have decided to move in with his hometown friend who's recently relocated to London, leaving an empty room in our wonderful flat!
# The flat
It's a two-bed top-floor flat, with a big living room, a kitchen, and (usefully) a bathroom. Mostly furnished (the desk in the bedroom is not included). There's a shared garden for the house. The flat is 5mins walk from Clapham South station (and hence 5mins from Clapham Common); a couple of minutes walk from Abbeville Road, 10mins from Balham, and 15mins from Clapham High Street - in other words, it's excellently located.
# The flatmate
I'm your average British bloke, early 30s, work in energy/sustainability/consulting. I mostly work from home these days, but I'm expecting that to change soon. Into the usual stuff - go for a run most mornings, go to the pub most weeks, and in between enjoy doing some archery or riding my motorbike (and recently started dabbling with tennis). Weekday evenings in the flat are typically pretty chilled.
# The financials
Rent is £2250 split evenly between two. We'll need to sign a new one-year contract starting in July. Bills come to ~£250 each (it's mostly council tax, band D).
