I have a sunny double room available in my flat in Clapham South, Wandsworth tax band and <10 minutes from Clapham South station and Balham. Between Clapham and Wandsworth commons so loads of green space! I work 2/3 days a week in central London so would be looking for someone with a similar schedule, who likes a calm clean environment to come home to. I have friends in the area but also would love to be friends with who I live with and am always down for a dinner party or walk and coffee/pilates at the weekend.
