Cosy double in female flatshare - Clapham South

I am moving out and looking to fill my room in a 3 bed flat in an amazing location less than 5 mins walk to Clapham South tube station. You will be moving in with two lovely girls in their mid-late twenties.

The room:

The room is cosy with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. The desk can also be left in the room free of charge. There is also additional wardrobe space in the hallway which is for your sole use.

The flat:

The flat has a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is also a small spare room should you have a friend come to visit and we also use it for extra storage/drying clothes etc.

PLEASE NOTE THE FLAT HAS NO SITTING ROOM.

The apartment building has a communal gym and swimming pool in the basement (free of charge) and a shared rooftop terrace with views of Clapham Common and the city on a clear day. The perfect place to have a drink with friends on a sunny day.

The area:

The flat is right on Clapham Common, a 5 minute walk from Clapham South tube station. There is also a bus stop right outside the apartment building. Clapham junction station is also a 25 minute walk away. There is a small Sainsbury’s filling station across the road and a big tesco, M&S and various pubs and restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away.

The small print:

The room is available from the start of June. (Date can be agreed) The rent is £660 per month which includes all bills and a kitty for general house goods.

The two girls you will be moving in with are lovely girls who have lived in the house for a few years. Everyone gets on great and occasionally do things together but also respect each others space and enjoy time with their own circle of friends.

We are looking for someone in the same age range who wants to be friends as well as housemates.

We will be doing viewings on the evening of Friday 24 May and Monday 27 May.
