The bedroom is unfurnished but my old housemate would sell his bed if you need one. The rest of the flat is furnished (see photos). The flat is on the top floor (3rd floor) and gets plenty of light. The flat benefits from beautiful old floor to ceiling windows, yet has all modern equipment such as dishwasher and washing machine etc. The flat is on Lower Clapton Road with P Franco and Lucky & Joy on your door step. Clapton is a really cool area with lots of great pubs, cafes, restaurant all close by. Popular Chatsworth Road is just a 3 min walk round the corner and Hackney Central is a 5 min walk. There are regular buses that go into town from outside the flat so it's well connected.
