A beautiful double room is available from early June, in a 2-bed flat with a garden, in Lower Clapton

Move-in date can be flexible, anytime from 1st - 12th June and you will be joining the lease

The room is spacious, with high ceiling and good storage. It comes with a double bed. There is also a nice conservatory space with access to the patio/garden at the back.

The flat is a 2-bedroom Victorian conversion, on a quiet street next to Clapton Pond. It's a great location and minutes away from Hackney Downs, Clapton station and Chatsworth Road,. There are good bus links to central London too.

Theres an open plan living room & kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub) and a large garden.

You will be sharing with me, the current tenant -Lexi - 34yo male, Greek & British mix, working in advertising, LGBTQ , lived in London for 15 years. I like travelling, cooking, films & books.

Looking for a flatmate that is friendly, respectful and clean/tidy. A good balance :)
