Light airy room in Clapton house share

Room available in lovely period three bed flat share in Clapton.

Two house mates, Amy (30) and Tess (26) and Frank the three year old lurcher looking for our third housemate.

The flat comes fully furnished and has lovely period features and wooden floors throughout. There is a large communal kitchen, sitting room, two bathrooms and a lovely garden. The bedroom available has a double bed with storage and a built in wardrobe. The room is the smallest of the three bedrooms in the flat but has access to the loft within the room so that can be used for additional storage.

Tess and I are both freelancers and work in film. We both have quite a flexible schedules and can be working long filming hours or have time off in the week.

As mentioned above you will be living with a lurcher, so the main requirement for a housemate is someone who loves dogs and is happy living with them. Frank is very well trained and loves nothing more sharing cuddles on the sofa or finding a sunny spot to lounge in. He is a great companion and we are looking for someone who will enjoy his company as much as we do!
