Room available in two bed flat in Clapton -. its one of the new build developments off upper clapton road and on the river, really nice park literally right outside and flat overlooks it and the river. Its available from mid-September but I'm looking for right person and prepared to wait so don't be put off if you aren't imminently homeless

Flat is about 10 mins from Chatsworth road. You can see top of it from the window). 10 min walk to Clapton Rail which is 10 mins into Liverpool street. Lots of buses like 254 also from right by the station. Its upper clapton really but about 15/20 min walk to bottom of lower clapton road. Local pub is the Crooked Billet or Clapton Hart. Also really close to Sodo Pizza. On Clapton Road there's also The Windsor Castle and Yard Sale - plenty of options for food and drink. And Stoke Newington and Dalston are just nearby too

Its a double room - unfurnished at the moment as whole flat came like that but I'm after finding right person to Iive with so if you don't have furniture that isn't a deal breaker - i don't mind buying a bed/wardrobe etc. You can comfortably fit double bed, side table, wardrobe and shelves with walking room and round the corner - its an L-shape - fit a desk and chair or more shelves etc

It doesn't have an en-suite (mine does and i pay more for that) BUT that means the main bathroom is all yours! I've literally never used it and am totally fine for it just to be for whoever takes the room

Open plan lounge and kitchen, have Sky, netflix, amazon prime and all that. Dishwasher too. Really nice views. Aside from that maybe ask me as i can't think what else to describe? Flat does have a balcony BUT it is off my bedroom not lounge, Annoying design. As far as I'm concerned its for both of us though!

Important note- i have a cat. What can you say about a cat? he's 5, friendly and black?! So you'd need to be cool with having him around.

Me, i work as a film publicist, lived in hackney for last 6/7 years or so. Obviously into film, goes with the job, theatre too, but pretty into photography and the galleries around here too. I try and make most of the pubs and places to eat round here, I tend to go out more in the week than weekends somehow?! But i guess fair to say I'm around at home a fair bit too. Binge watching TV dramas is kind of a thing..

In terms of what i'm 'looking for'. Some similar interests would be good, be good to hang out in the flat together comfortably. I don't want to be in your pocket but as a two bed it'd be cool to get along you know.
