I have a spacious room in a modern flat set within a new development in Clerkenwell, this luxurious apartment has a separate spacious kitchen and lovely reception room with access to a South facing balcony on one side. The development is a short walk from Old Street and Barbican tube stations; moments from the City, and the social hub of Shoreditch and Hoxton Square are on your doorstep. I am looking for a professional and friendly flatmate to rent the room. As I have a contract some where else I will move in later. I am a 34 years old software developer working in the city.
