I have just signed on to rent this 3-bedroom flat in wonderful Exmouth Market and am looking forward to finding some excellent flat mates to share in the experience of this vibrant area!

Flat Details - There are 2 Double rooms available, the smaller of the 2 is £700/mth and larger is £800/mth - excluding bills, which I am told should run about £100/pp/mth.

The flat is spread over two-floors with lovely large, high-ceiling lounge, furnished with 2 couches and dining table, smallish kitchen and bathroom all on the first level. Upstairs are the furnished bedrooms each with Double beds, wardrobes and bookshelves.

There is a Joint Tenancy to sign, when all is agreed, so all three people would be on the agreement. Private Landlord - no agent fees. The deposit is the last month's rent up front (£700/£800).

The landlord is painting and touching up after the current tenants move out, so it will be a lovely fresh start all round!

Exmouth Market is a pedestrianised street, with a real village feel, great pubs, restaurants and shops on the street.

About Me:
I am a Canadian, work as a Project Manager at a consulting firm off of Old Street, been in London since July 2012. I work fairly long hours during the week, and keep pretty quiet, but enjoy getting out and about on the weekends. That's the boring stuff. I am not a boring person, I am a people person (cheesy!!) with a great sense of humour that loves to socialise and meet new folks. I have travelled a bit, and actually lived in Thailand for almost 8 years.

I am looking to settle in and make this a home, as such, I do not want to share my home with smokers, I do like to cook, entertain and invite friends over and occasionally I have friends/family visit from away - obviously house rules should be mutually agreed upon, but I think it's something that should be shared up front.

Also, you must be tidy! I would be quite happy to get a cleaner in a couple of times a month to do the mundane tasks, but think shared living areas should be kept organised and clean - esp. the Kitchen/bathroom.
