Large double room with en-suite

My flatmate has decided to move back home this year unfortunately:( hence I’m on the look out for a new flatmate!

The apartment is situated on the 4th floor. It’s very quiet and safe

The rent is around 1050£ ( this includes service charge and water bills )
For a larger than normal) double bedroom with an en-suite that you would have to clean and maintain yourself.

The electricity, council tax and Wi-Fi is split 50/50.
We are in band D that means it’s around 95£ per month
And Wi-Fi and electricity come up to 80£ approx.

About the apartment :
The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed,
And a huge wardrobe with an en-suite.

The kitchen has most of what you would need , it’s my stuff but I’m happy to share.

There is no tv at the moment but we do have a projector to watch movies on.

Since the service charge has already been paid for, you will have access to the gym and spa Facilities and a few communal gardens and parks in the development.

It’s a 5 mins walk to the closest Tesco express( we are also close to saintsbury and co-op ) and a short bus ride away from Asda and Morrisons.

We are also close to many pubs, cafés, restaurants, gyms, etc

Its about a 12 mins walk to colindale station and a 2 min walk to the bus stop.

A little bit about me:
-I am a single professional whose been in London for 5 years now

-I am clean, tidy and considerate flatmate who enjoys exploring watching movies, listening to music, cooking, spending time with my friends and family but also loves being by myself a lot.

I am looking for someone respectful to rent the room on a one year basis ( we would have to sign a new contract)

The room is available 1st of July
