A stunning ensuite double room available for rent in a modern 2 bed flat in Colindale right next to the tube station.

The flat and room comes furnished with modern appliances. We are blessed to have a beautiful balcony for the lil sunshine we might get in the coming months and the building/community is super secure with 24/7 concierge.

My lovely flatmate is moving back to australia so looking for someone to replace her from June until March 2025 with a break clause in November if you wish to use it. ( flexible on move in date) She has paid 6 months up front so we would ideally be looking for someone to pay 3 months up front until September when the new contract starts but not a must!

A little about me: I am 25, work in marketing in Soho. I am super easy going, work from home 3 days a week. On the weekends, i tend to host friends for an occasional dinner party or go out to brunches, explore the city etc.

I am looking for someone that is easy going and up to be friends but no pressure as long as we aren’t tip toeing around each other!

Rent is 1105 without bills. Bills are between £100-£150 on average, lower during summer of course!
