We're looking for a new flatmate for our free room with double bed!

Sadly I will leave two wonderful flatmates behind. David and Elisabetta are both two caring and funny young professionals in their early 30s. My current flatmates are both full time professionals, relaxed, easy going, openminded and flexible. Their interests are quite wide, ranging from arthouse movies to travelling, good wine, history, etc. Sometimes we attend exhibitions together, stroll around the countryside or enjoy a quite evening with a glass of wine in hand and a good conversation. We are looking for either a male or female with a similar lifestyle, someone sociable, mature, with a good sense of humour.

Rent: £550 per month exc council tax. (incl bills and tax it comes up to +- 640 GBP.

The apartment building is less than 5 minutes (200m) walk from Colindale station, which is on the Northern line (zone 4). Very convenient location, Hampstead is 10 minutes away and central London 20 minutes by tube.
Night buses N5 from Trafalgar Square and N16 from Victoria stop at Colindale station.
Other bus routes include: 32, 142, 204, 292, 303 and 324.
Golders Green is 7 minutes away by tube, buses 13 and 82 continue to central London.

Located on the 4th floor with lift, the apartment is spacious throughout with a large living area and balcony overlooking communal gardens below. All kitchen appliances are new and there is lots of storage space. The room is fitted with a wardrobes and a double bed. The main bathroom is large, family sized with bathtub.

Asda Superstore Colindale is just 10 mins walk or you can take bus 303 from outside the station. Open Mon - Fri 24 hours, Sat until 10pm and Sunday until 5pm.
In March the Gym Group will open a new gym less than 10 mins walk.
