The room has brand new carpets, an ottoman storage bed and the mattress is memory foam, a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside. There is an extra small spare room with a small sofa bed for guests, a desk and for dry clothes. The kitchen is big enough to socialize around the dinner table. We have garden and a bike storage. I live on the top floor ensuite room. There is a bathroom for the two rooms below-you will share only with 1 girl. It is a quiet house where you feel your own rather than sharing with lots of people.
