Hi all, I will soon be moving out of my flat to go back up North for work. This flat is very large for 2 people with everything you would ever need!

The flat:

The room comes furnished as the bed will be staying here, as well as: desk chair, one of the small desks, two bed side tables, chest of drawers and a massive wardrobe so you shouldn’t need to buy much for the room.

There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, a boiler that was fitted fairly recently, new appliances and a massive living room that looks out onto the broadway (great for people watching while you eat your brekkie) 😁

Rent is £925 p/m

My bills are currently:

Gas+electric (octopus) ~ £ 38 p/m
Council tax: £ 74 p/m
Wifi: £ 12 p/m (perfectly fine for two people)

So with water in total about £ 150 p/m.

The area:

Very easy access to shops and supermarkets as Lidl is 15 min walk up the road as well as having Co-op and Iceland on your doorstep.

3 min walk to Cricklewood Thameslink
10 min walk to Willesden Green Jubilee line
10 min walk to Kilburn Jubilee line
11 min walk to Brondesbury Overground

20 min walk to West Hampstead and 30 min walk to Hampstead Heath ! ☀️

Housemate:

The current housemate is Alex (25). He is Scottish, works as a Financial Consultant and is a great person to live with. During the working week he is fairly busy with work and fitness, but every now and then enjoys a pint! He is a big electronic music fan and also big into the gym/running (and also very tall).

This flat is great and the area is superb, I’m sad to be leaving. If you have any questions then pop me a message!

The current contract on the flat ends 1st November, but we have a good relationship with the landlord so I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue if you wanted to extend the stay beyond this.
