House of 4 looking for a new roomie!

Hey! We are a house of 4. 3 girls and one guy looking for someone to take over the room of our previous house mate to make it a house of 5 again.
We are a very chilled house who get along well and like to sit and have a laugh some evenings. We respect each others space but come together when we feel like being social.
We have a beautiful big garden, almost like a mini park which is nuts for London but it's one of the best parts of the house, especially in summer.
We would love someone to join us who likes to be social and have a laugh now and then!
The room is fairly small but it's cosy and a very good price for London pricing. We live directly opposite the 260 / 460 / 245 bus stop and a 5 minute bus ride to Golders Green station which has the northern line which goes straight to central London. We also live a 5-8 minute walk from Cricklewood Thameslink and we are about a 30 minute walk from Hampstead Heath!
It's an extremely convenient house with very warm energy!
