We have a fully furnished beautiful double room we call the Art Room, with original wooden floor available in our five bedroom 130 sqm house in zone 2. The price includes bills (including council tax and WiFi). Right now there are only girls in the house.

There is a shared shower room with a rain forest shower, heated mirror and heated floor and a downstairs toilet.

We are looking for sensible easygoing persons, who will treat the house and garden as a real home and not just a conventional purpose house share.

The total number of people in the house would be four, and the house share has historically been shared between four single women, which has worked well.

The house has a beautiful secluded and large 50sqm garden (perfect for the summer months), a fully equipped kitchen (Miele washing machine, and Electrolux dishwasher), a large communal dining area and wooden floors throughout.

The house is Council tax band E.
