You would be welcome to use kitchen/diner (with dishwasher/ washing machine/ fan oven & hob). Bathroom with shower.

The area is very popular as it is pleasant and has excellent transport links to the city, east london, central london, London Bridge, Waterloo, Blackfriars and Charing Cross. Good supermarkets, cafes, local pubs, restaurants and nice park(5 mins away). We are easy to get on with and our children are well behaved, the house is pretty quiet in the evenings.

We have had two previous long term lodgers.

Wi-fi / broadband is available and parking is easy .

The room would suit a mature student/professional. No smoking/couples or pets please.
