My girlfriend and I are moving out of our cosy 1st floor flat in Crouch End to move in together and we are looking for someone to take on our room from 30th September.

The current tenancy is due for renewal on 15th November and our flatmate is probably going to extend for another year too.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, a large open plan living room/ modern kitchen, one bathroom, a washing room and a big roof terrace which is private and great for the summer!

You will be living with only one other friendly housemate who works full time in central London.

The room itself is massive - much larger than your average double bedroom. It has lots of natural night and comes with 2 wardrobes, a clothes rail and a double bed.

The flat is located a 10 min walk away from Crouch End centre which has some really amazing restaurants and bars. We're also nearby Alexandra Palace, Green Lanes and Wood Green. Finsbury Park is also a 10 min bus ride away.

There is a cute little park around the corner with lots of open green space and tennis and basketball courts.

The nearest station is Hornsey (6-7 min walk away) where you can catch an overground train to Finsbury Park in 2 stops, but is also goes all the way to Moorgate. The nearest tube station is Turnpike lane which is a 13 min walk away and is on the Piccadilly Line. There are also various bus connections including 91 and W3 to Finsbury Park.

To take on the tenancy the estate agent would need references, this is a very quick process and there is a £60 admin fee per person.
