Large double room with balcony; new bathroom

Hi, I have a large double room to rent in my 2 bedroom flat for a couple. I travel a lot so you have the place to yourselves quite a bit of the time (up to 2 weeks per month sometimes). I have always had professional couples renting the room who are mainly looking to save for their own place. I've lived in Crystal Palace for 6 years and have lots of friends in the area. I am self employed and work from home so the arrangement only suits if you both work away from the flat 5 days a week. I am a New Zealander and have been in London for 15 years. I think it goes without saying that I need people who are clean and tidy, treat the place as if it were their own, and mainly have people over for dinner etc when I am away. There is a new bathroom, full fitted kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. All bills are included (the normal: council tax, ground rent, broadband, electric and gas - obviously not telephone!). Love to meet you - let me know.
