Lovely double room in new build in Crystal Palace

Hello,

I have a spare room available for rent, female flatmates preferred.

🛏️: The room already comes with a double bed, but otherwise has lots of space for your own furniture and a desk if you need to WFH. We will also share the living room, kitchen, and the cute little balcony.

📍: The flat is on the edge of Crystal Palace triangle, with lots of lovely pubs, restaurants, and shops around the corner. Less than 10 min to Sainsbury’s & Argos, but there’s an Everyman 5 min away, and a cute little antique store if you’re into that.

🚍 🚆: A few minutes away from the bus stop and less than 10 min walk to the overground, the flat is great for commuting into central London (direct trains to London Bridge and Victoria!)

🌳: A variety of green spaces available, great for the mid-day mental health walks if you are working from home. And just in time for the coming Summer too. Crystal Palace Park is on our doorstep which is home to the Crystal Palace sports centre and the famed Crystal Palace dinosaurs. Also 10 min to Westow Park, 15 min to Upper Norwood Recreation Ground, and 15 min to Norwood Park.

🙋🏽‍♀️: I am the owner of this flat, but I am very laid back and will give you as much space as you will need – I only ask that you are respectful of the space. I would love to live with someone who might enjoy a little catch-up over a drink or some trashy TV (NOT Love Island though...👀) at the end of the day every now and then, so that the flat has a comfortable and homely vibe.
