Massive double bedroom with ensuite and external patio, off a quiet street in the heart of Dalston.
The room is suitable for a single (£1500pcm) or a couple (£1650 pcm) and it is available from 1st of May.


The contract would be for one year but able to be renewed after that.


The room is bright, it is situated on the ground floor of a 3-storey house and it gets lots of direct sunlight, as does the rest of the house.
It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, shelving and desk.

On the 1st floor, there’s a bathroom with bathtub and shower (shared with the housemates - Never crowded though as everyone's on different schedules) and a large kitchen/living/dining area.

The house is chilled and everyone gets on with each other and have communal dinners and hang out on occasion; the communal kitchen and dining area is big enough to not feel like you are living on top of one another.
You’d be living with Dan (architect), Alexandra (fashion designer) and Annibale, orange unemployed cat.

Everyone in the house works hard in the week, and like to come home to a relaxed environment so we would be looking for someone who fits in with this.

The house is on a quiet street off Dalston Lane, with no passing traffic. It is in a really great location, 5 mins walk to Dalston Junction / Dalston Kingsland, London fields & Lido is a short walk or cycle, Kingsland shopping centre and All Press coffee right next door, plus of course loads of really great pubs, bars and restaurants.

Currently, everyone takes turns in cleaning the communal areas but once a month we hire a cleaner. Bills come to around £65/75 per person (i. e. council tax, broadband, water, electricity and gas).
