1-bed flat in a quiet residence centrally located. I’m looking for a medium long term tenant from 2nd July and for 6-8 months. All bills are included.

The flat is ideal for one person or a couple.

It’s lovely and will offer anything you will need. All bills and Wi-Fi are included.

There’s a good size living room with an open plan kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom.

This is a quiet building that consists of 4 flats only. Expect to be in a quiet and friendly environment. Equally please, respect the neighbours.

The living room is equipped with a sofa-bed, a coffee table and a fairly large dinning table. You can comfortably work from this house and the table is large.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It includes anything you will need. Help yourself to a cup of tea or coffee. A Nespresso coffee machine is provided alongside coffee capsules. If you feel creative you are welcome to make use of the bread maker.

The bedroom is equipped with a double-size bed, a bedside table, and a chest of drawers. Feel free to use the cupboard. You will find an iron board as well.

In the bathroom you will find a hair dryer and an overhead shower as well as a heated rail.
