Hi!

We offer a single bedroom in a 75 sq. met. in a warm and comfortable warehouse conversion in Central Dalston, located in a former rubber factory in a secure and peaceful period development, just 1 minute from Ridley Market.

You would be sharing with myself and my husband, a producer and filmmaker. We’re a friendly professional couple who always enjoy meeting new people. We have an adorable Bichon called Cosmo who is super lovable and friendly.

You will have access to a spacious south facing private roof terrace with chairs and tables, our library's collection, laundry area, kitchen, WiFi, with all bills included.

There are excellent transport at your doorstep, night life, art, and music scene.

One well-behaved, small sized dog is welcomed upon request.
Guests visit are allowed on request, sleepovers not permitted.
Smoking is allowed in the private terrace.

Renting will be agreed upon a meet up with us, to see if we are a good fit for you :)

Please enquire for dates and some info about yourself, we rent on a minimum 1 week to maximum 1 month bases, potentially extendable.
