Small double in massive 4 floor georgian townhouse

We have a small double room available in a massive Georgian 4 story town house living , with three friendly housemates MMF age 28 - 36 who work in Advertising, Realestate, and Precurement. Our current housemate is moving out as her sister was lucky enough to buy a house, and she's going to move in with her.

There is a huge communal lounge which has a large sitting area, as well as a dining area / kitchenette on the second floor.

The bathroom is on the third floor with shower / bath / toilet and there is a separate toilet downstairs as well. There is a massive kitchen on the 4th floor with seating and washing machine.

It's a really amazing house, 2 of us have lived here for 5 years.
The house is a 1 minute walk from Haggerston Overground and Tesco and a set of bus stops where 4 buses stop. Also within easy walking distance of Dalston, Shoreditch, Old Street, London Fields and Hackney Central.

Bills and general housing costs are £185 a month. Includes all bills, (water, council tax, internet, gas and electric) and things like toilet paper and communal cleaning goods - which are paid from this. Cleaner costs are £45 pounds which we take in turn paying (so 1 x every 4 months) Fee to transfer the contract in your name is £50.

No couples / no pets / no smokers please. Looking for someone who works office hours, someone clean and tidy. Our house isn't a party house so if you enjoy taking parties home, this isn't the right place for you.

You might be able to move in a week earlier, but that's dependent on when the current housemate is moving out.
