Cosy room in lovely house with friendly housemates

We have one room available in our cozy and friendly flat located 5 min from Essex Road station and 15-20 min from Angel. We also have lots of bus stops and a few shops/nice pubs around the flat. It's a lovely quiet area but very easy to get anywhere in London.

The flat has a big equipped kitchen, a living room and a garden. The room has a garden view and comes furnished with a double bed, a nightstand and a wardrobe.
You would be sharing the bathroom with only one other person as the two other rooms are ensuite.

Flatmates (three females, French/English)

Two of us have been living in the flat for almost 7 years and one moved in 2 years ago. We’re all chill natured people - fairly busy with different schedules.

We all chip it cleaning the flat and would expect our new housemate to help out as well :)

We are looking for someone to move from June 8th.
