Double bedroom in a three-bed, gated, ground floor apartment in the heart of De Beauvoir. Less than 10 minutes’ walk to Dalston Junction and Regents Canal. It is ideally located with great transport links and within walking distance to major supermarkets including Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Tesco plus boutique cafes, restaurants and pubs!

The room has a built-in double wardrobe & comes with a double bed, a set of drawers & bedside drawers. There is also 1 small set of drawers inside the wardrobe. You will share a bathroom with 1 other person and it includes a bath with a shower, a separate shower, heated towel rail and good-sized storage cupboards. There is flexibility to fit a desk or other furniture in the room if you wish.

This spacious apartment comprises of a bright open plan kitchen/dining area/living room which has been recently painted with marbled floors and underfloor heating throughout. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and a great oven. All utensils, plates and cutlery are communal. There is also a lovely communal garden which is shared between the full complex however all of the apartments have a balcony so it is mainly used by us plus it gets lots of sun so it’s great to sunbathe out there! The flat is also a great space and well equipped for anyone who may need to work from home!

Ideally looking for a friendly female to join a professional household. The apartment is a really chilled place to live with the perfect combination of socialising in our lovely communal spaces but also being able to have space to yourself when needed. We're looking for someone who is clean, considerate, down to Earth and is happy to catch up after a long day at work or have a lazy breakfast on a Sunday morning!

You will be moving in with 2 young female professionals. Harriet, 31, who works in Tech and loves music, enjoys eating out and drinking wine.
Lydia, 27, who works as a Music Lawyer and enjoys baking, fitness and travelling.

The landlady is great and couldn’t be more helpful. We rent privately from her. No administration fees to pay.

The rent is £750 which includes a cleaner for 3 hours each week. Bills are charged on top. Currently, we pay around £150 per month for electricity, broadband and council tax. This is fluctuating currently but we try to keep this down by sharing clothes washes where we can and being mindful of the cost of heating, as each room has its own underfloor heating system.

You will also need to pay a security deposit of £800 which will be placed in a deposit protection scheme for the duration of your stay.
