The rent is a steal in the current climate given it’s so close to Dalston, Shoreditch, London Fields etc!

The flat overlooks a lovely green park/square and is situated on a quiet street in a friendly neighbourhood. It is within walking distance (2min) to buses and shops and 3min walk to the nearest overground station. The area has lots of cool pubs/bars/restaurants and shops.

London fields: 15min walk
Haggerston: 6min walk
De Beauvoir Town: 5min walk

THE FLAT
We have a large kitchen/diner and an equally large living room. The flat has a modern bathroom and a second downstairs toilet. It is bright, airy with lots of storage.

THE PEOPLE
Sharing with two other females. Joanna 29, food writer. Blythe, 29 works in fashion wholesale. The flat is friendly and we hang out together often, but also have our own things going on. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy, friendly and chatty, enjoys a glass of wine watching TV etc
