Private room for short rent in De Beauvoir Town

Hey, we have a room going in our cosy home in De Beauvoir. It’s spread over 3 floors and has a big garden too.
You’d be living with four others (1 m, 3 f) aged 29-35, so ideally looking for someone in that age bracket. We’re all friendly - enjoy chatting, having a drink and hanging out but also totally respectful of people’s need for downtime. We’re a relaxed bunch who like BBQs in the summer and the odd drink at the brilliant local pub opposite.

Some shared interests include cooking, music, films, art, and books. We’re looking for someone friendly, considerate, and up for a chat. Oh, and up for a cat! We have a really sweet young cat, Rodney, who lives here, too.

We plan to do some viewings over the next week or so ahead of a move-in by the end of May. The room is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a pair of chest of drawers.

Initially the room will be available for two months with the possibility of extension for an additional month.
