I have an amazing spacious double room available in a very friendly flatshare in Hackney, De Beauvoir. The room is very big and fully furnished with a double bed, two chest of drawers, two wardrobes and a large corner desk. There is a shared bathroom on the first floor and a really nice living room with an open plan kitchen attached.
The flat is based in the De Beauvoir area, very close to Dalston and just off Essex Road. The transport available is excellent and buses such as the 73, 38, 76, 141 and 21 all provide links into central London and the city. Dalston Kingsland and Junction are the closest tube stops and Angel underground is walkable in 15 minutes and busable in 5/10.

There are lots of great pubs and relaxing cafes located nearby plus many nice parks. Tesco and Sainsburys supermarkets are only 5 minutes walk from the flat.
I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, considerate and easy going. You will be sharing with myself and my cat Baba so please only apply if you are comfortable with this. I am a very friendly and relaxed person who enjoys sharing the occasional glass of wine with my flatmates :-)
The flat is available now and the monthly rent is £1100. Bills (Council tax, TV licence, gas, water, electricity and Internet) will all be split in three. Normally this works out at around 90£ pounds each. I am very flexible on the move in date and I am looking for someone to add onto the current tenancy agreement with the landord.
