I am sadly leaving after 3 happy years of living here and am looking for a replacement flatmate.
The room is big and bright, cool in summer and cosy in winter. It comes fully furnished with walk in wardrobe. The flat is very spacious with two balconies, communal living area and kitchen.
Flat is in a fantastic location with excellent transport links. It is 10mins walk from Denmarkhill station, Herne Hill, East Dulwich, Brixton and Kings Hospital. We are surrounded by great parks such as Brockwell, Ruskin and Dulwich. There is also an abundance of pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and cafes in nearby Camberwell, Brixton and Dulwich.
Housemates are super friendly working professionals working mostly 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. They are looking for similar professional that is not a home worker (the landlord will not accept students). Flatmates enjoy an occasional drink and catch up, but are respectful of each others privacy.
Rent is 800 per month, Bill's are extra and roughly 100 per month.
The landlord will request a copy of ID/Passport and deposit that is secured in DPS. The room is available from 15th June.
