Two Big Rooms Available!

First of all, please read the message till the end. Any message that does not answer the questions specified below shall be not considered. Also please do not get alarmed that this ad might be a fake. It is not! Well I thought the same four years ago. This price is due to the facts that our landlord is not much interested in money and that we take care of the house.

We are presenting two big rooms in a cosy house. The house has:

- Large communal garden.
- Big living room.
- Giant kitchen.
- Two bathrooms.

The rent of each room is £380. You will have to pay the deposit (£500 for one, £360 for another). Plus, on the day you move in, you'll have to pay the rent.

Areas Around the Flat
The area has recently been chosen as a target of regeneration, thus a huge amount of money is being invested and our vicinity is rapidly getting cosy. For shopping, we have an easy access to Brent Cross shopping centre, and there is also Lidl within a distance of 5 min walk. Besides we also have Wing Yip, where you can buy various Asian foods. Also there are two nice gyms nearby. Concerning access, there is a bus stop nearby, so tube stations are not as far away as you might first think.

Members
Members of the flat are all nice. The members are: one Japanese man (postgraduate student, philosophy), one Franco-Italian girl (English teacher/professional translator),one Italian girl (a media company), one Greco-Italian girl (designer), one Lithuanian girl (preparing her study in Korea)

Landlord
The landlord rarely comes to the house, apart from when he has to repair something in the house. So the only occasion you will see him is when you pay the rent.

Why are the rooms so cheap?
You might suspect that this advertisement is a fake. It is not, fortunately. The reason why it is so cheap, despite the fact that it is in a rapidly developing area, is that the landlord leaves us the management of the house and that we trust each other. So for this reason you have to prove that you satisfy the following requirements.

Requirements
We are looking for a DECENT person. This means that you have to be able to share the basic values according to which we keep the peaceful order of the house.

Besides, in order to winnow the applications, you have to answer the following questions. Any message that does not answer these questions WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Note that on the other hand an answer such as 'I do not read much' does not necessarily give a bad impression. The important thing is how you express yourself.

(4) How long you are going to stay
(5) Your favourite foods
(6) Your favourite books (and/or) authors
